We provide free returns on the entire website (not including orders for freight shipping).

All requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the receipt date.  Refunds are not available for transactions completed after 30 days.

Items that are non-functional or not as described are eligible for full refunds.  For more information and terms, please see the original listing.  Before a refund may be issued, the items must be returned for examination.

To be eligible for a refund, "New" or "New (Other)" items must be returned in their original packaging, with all manufacturer seals still in place.  Items that have been taken out of their original packaging or that have had their factory seals tampered with are not eligible for a refund.
